1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the xq786 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the xq786 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank, subject to current availability as displayed on the xq786 platform.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are generally completed more quickly, often within minutes of processing.
• xq786 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

xq786 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms applicable to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified, active xq786 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.

• All bets and wagers placed on xq786 are final once confirmed. xq786 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in accordance with specific game or sportsbook rules as published on the platform.
• xq786 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it determines that the outcome was the result of a technical error, software malfunction, data feed error, or human error on the part of xq786 or its game or data providers.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xq786 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability
